Meet Ariana: Founder & CEO

Hi, I’m Ariana Fiorello-Omotosho—a mom, educator, and lifelong believer in the power of storytelling. My journey with CastReady began when I watched my son, Kaiden, pour his heart into acting, only to find resources out of reach and progress slow despite our best efforts. After spending thousands and still feeling lost between classes, I realized families like ours deserved more.

So, I created the first CastReady kit right at our kitchen table—simple, screen-free, and designed for real growth. When I shared it with other parents and industry friends, I discovered we weren’t alone. That’s when CastReady’s mission truly took shape: to build a global destination for acting education where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired to keep growing.
